Monday-The guys

Something new for the guys.

This workout is for power and hypertrophy.
Bench- 75% x5x3
Incline bench- 5x3
Db shoulder Press- 5x3
These are all done one after the other, and then rest. Then start the next set. Make sure to be fast and explosive on each exercises.

Laterals-3x10
Tri push downs-3x10
Tri overhead extension- 3x10
Abs- Barbell sit ups-2x15, Body curls- 2x25
