Last Wednesday- the guys

Stiff Leg Deads- warm ups x5 reps, then 3x5 these are done at around 75% of your deadlift max.
Hammer Curls- 4x8
Arnold Curls- 2x10
Pull Ups- 4x10
Db Rows (single arm) 3x12
Abs- V-ups: 40 reps, Ab wheel: 15 reps.

It was small tonight just coach A and me, but it was a good workout. I hope all is well with all of you.
