Monday-Ladies Training

Nordic Trac- 10 mins
Ball Squats- 3x10 (use db in each hand)
Banded Leg Curls- 3x15
Db Rows- 3x12
Db Rear Delts- 3x10
Db Shrugs- 3x10
Abs- Crunches- 15-20 reps, Single Leg V-ups- 20-25 reps.
