Thurday- Upper Back

Hammer Curls- 3x10
21 Curls with EZ bar- 2 sets
Pull Ups- 30 reps
Supported Rows- 3x10
Cable Rear Delts- 3x15
Abs- Weighted Straight Leg Sit ups- 2x20 (use 100-200 lbs.)

It was another good night in the gym.
