Belt Squats- 2 warm ups x8, then 3x10. Adam and I both went over 300. We finished with 325x10
Matt had some problems with balance on these and we had some close moments, but past mishaps have taught us that anything can happen when doing these.
Bicycle Hams: (purple bands) 3x30 sec.
Body builder style Good mornings- 3x8, I went 185, 205, 225 on these. Adam stayed right with me on these.
Abs- 50 V-Ups
