Upper Body Strength:
SUPERSETS- DB Bench- 3x10, Db Shoulder Press- 3x10

SUPERSETS- Laterals- 3x10, Banded Face Pulls- 3x10

Abs- Crunches (chin up and chest up) 25 reps, Denise Austin's 25 reps
