Workouts for my son Matt (double days)

Monday Morning-
Squats- warm ups- 2-3 sets x 6 reps, then 3 sets x 6 reps.
Leg Press- 4x10 add weight after each set.
Leg Curls- 4x12




Monday Night-
Stiff Leg Deads- 5x5 first two sets are warm ups, then do 3 heavy sets.
Back Extensions- 3x12
Db High Pulls- 3x6
Abs- Heavy Ab work
