Incline Db Bench- 1 warm up x10 then 2x10
Incline Flyes- 3x10
Close Grip BandedTri push ups- 3x15
Abs- 40 Knees to chest (incline) 60 V- Ups- 40 reps

Shirted Lock outs- Pins set at 4 inches off my chest- 365x2x5
Incline DB Bench- 85x2x10
Incline Flyes- 55x2x10
