Walking Lunges- (use 10-15 lbs. Db) Lunge down 25 yards and back.
Squat Jumps- Use 10 lbs. db 3x10
Calf Raises- 3x15
Jumping Jacks- 30 reps
Abs- Crunches- 25, Denise Austin's- 25, Single Leg V-ups-20 reps on each leg
