Coach's Friday workout

This is my chest day:

Incline Bench- 6x8  I worked up to 195 on these.

Incline Flyes- 4x10 I worked up to 45's

Tri Cable Push Downs with a rope.  I did 5 sets of 12

Abs- 75 Franco sit ups
