Leg day!

Box Squats- 6 sets of 5 reps. My last set was with 385 x4
Step ups with Db's- I used 20, 25, 30 all x 10 reps on each leg.
Bicycle Hams with orange bands for 30 seconds- I did 3 sets.
V- Ups- 50 reps, Hip Ups- 35
