Barbell high pulls (Upright rows) Close grip- 3x10
Rotary Pulls- 3x15
Straight bar curls- 1 warm up x8, then 4x8
Preacher Curls (tower) 3x10
Reverse wrist curls- 3x15
Wrist cursl- 3x15
Ab wheel- 20 reps, Denise Austins- 20, V-ups 60. All done without a break.
