Monday- the girls

20 minutes of Nordic trac
Ball Squats- 3x10
Banded leg curls- (purple bands) 3x15
Single leg Calf raises- 3x12 (hold a single db in the same hand as the leg your using)
Ball sit ups- 3x15
Denise Austins- 30 reps
