Total Gym strict curls- 3x10
Pull ups- 35 reps
Arrow Pulls- 3x10 (green bands)
Straight arm Lat pull downs- (green bands) 3x15
Abs- v-ups 30 reps, crunches 30 reps, Denise Austins 30 reps
