Thursday- the girls

Plyo cards- Use three cards and reshuffle after each set. Do three sets.

Step ups- (you can add db's if you want)
Jumping Jacks-
Crunches-
Single leg V-ups-
Push ups-
Shoulder Press- ( 10 lbs. db's)

20-25 mins of spinning, or walking.
