Tower Alternate curls- 3x12
Cable Curls- 3x10
Reverse Grip Pull Ups- 30 reps total.
Db High Pulls- (upright rows) 3x10
Abs- Body Curls- 30 reps, Denise Austin's- 30 reps, V-ups- 30 reps
