Body weight back extensions or Single Leg Stiff Leg Deads with Db's- Do 3x10
Db Side Bends- 3x15
Static Lunges (use db's) 3x10 on each leg
Db Shrugs (use light weights- 3x12
Db Curls- 3x10
Crunches- 25 reps, Knees to Chest Arnold style- 30 reps
