Reno High workouts

Hi guys,

Here is a short workout to do this week. Do this workout today and Saturday.

25 Jumping jacks
20 squat jumps
15 push ups
10 step back lunges
30 bent knee sit ups

Do three sets.

I'll see ya when I get back from New Orleans.
