Machine Shoulder Press- 4x10
Pec Deck- 4x12
Incline Db Bench- 4x10
Db Front Raises- 3x10
Laterals- 3x10
Dips- (add weight if needed) 4x10
Aich's Tri's- 4x10
Abs- Phipps Sits- 20 reps, Toe Touches- 25, Single Leg V-ups- 15 on each leg.
