Thursday

Max effort box squats- 1RM (coach 3 RM)
Warm ups x5's and then 1 set of 3. Then try for a 1RM. After 1RM do 1 set of 85% to failure.

Stiff Leg deads- 1 warm up x5, then 3x5

Leg Press- 3x10

Abs- 30 Denise Austins, 20 Ab wheel
