Bad Ass Training Wednesday

Tonight I did Arms

SUPERSETS:
Tri Push Downs- 6x12 First two sets are light and then I start loading the  weight on.
Banded Overhead Tri Extensions- 6x12

SUPERSET:
Ez Bar Curls- 5x8
Arnold Curls- 5x10-12

Abs- Bent Knee Sit Ups- 120
