Fitness training for Josh

Monday-

Bench Press-4x8 Add weight after each set.

Start the circuit:
Pec Deck- 12 reps
Db Alternate Shoulder Press-10
Laterals- 10
Dips- 10
Tri Push Downs- 15
Med Ball push ups- 12 reps on each arm
Incline Sit Ups- 40 reps

Do 3 Rounds.
